Use of Our Services

Your Content
Our apps may allow you to create, store, or manage content. You retain ownership of any content you create. We do not claim any rights to your content.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for payments. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.
Intellectual Property
Our apps, including their design, code, graphics, and content, are owned by Prescient Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prescient Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
