Blow Up – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Blow Up mobile application ("the App") provided by Prescient Apps ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Blow Up, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
You may use Blow Up only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so.
AI-Generated Content
Blow Up uses artificial intelligence to analyse videos and provide coaching. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated feedback, predictions, and suggestions are estimates and should not be taken as guarantees of performance.
- Virality scores, view predictions, and retention estimates are based on AI analysis and may not reflect actual results.
- AI coaching advice is general guidance and should be used at your own discretion.
- We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of any videos and content you submit to Blow Up for analysis. We do not claim any rights to your content. Videos are processed for analysis purposes only and are not stored permanently.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Blow Up to:
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the App or its AI services
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
- Automate access to the App or use it beyond normal personal use
Purchases and Subscriptions
Blow Up may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for payments.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.
- Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Intellectual Property
Blow Up, including its design, code, graphics, AI models, prompts, and content, is owned by Prescient Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Blow Up is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI analysis results are provided without warranty of accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prescient Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Blow Up, including any reliance on AI-generated content.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Blow Up at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Blow Up after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
